Welcome to the site! How do you currently eat? Do you have a plan you follow, or is it pretty much just count the calories?0

I pretty much just count the calories. I have a terrible time getting enough protein because I'm not a huge meat eater and I'm not a fan of peanut butter, tofu or shakes. I'm a very picky eater, so it sucks. I have cut out fast food and soda (pop for my fellow Canadians!) so that's really the only strict rule I have.0

ah, I see. It can be tough when you don't eat a lot of meat. Just so I am clear, sometimes when people say meat, they really are just talking about beef. Is that the case or do you not care for chicken, turkey, or fish either?0
