Ok, so I'm up, but I'm going to use this as motivation to do WAY BETTER this week. Even though I worked out like every day this week :grumble: I did go over on my calories a couple times. Time to start from stratch! Good luck everyone, how did you do?

Im bummed, im still the same, cuz i cheated all weekend long, weekends are always so hard for me cuz we stay so busy! So still 150....ugh!0

This Week - 119 lbs? O.O That's what my scale said after going to the bathroom (I just woke up), but I'm using a different scale today. :ohwell: When I get on my digital scale at my parent's place, I'll know for real. The digital scale always reads higher. :grumble:
Btw my target is .5 pounds per week.
I'm hoping to break my plateau once school starts. I'm actually more active during the school year. Plus I'll actually have a seminormal sleep cycle. :laugh:0 -

Im doing the low carb thing. I eat around 80 - 100 carbs a day. iv already lost 2 pounds in 4 days so far, so its working for me!0
