Starting Over Gluten Free

Today is the day I am starting over. Counting calories, exercise, etc etc etc

Tired of feeling tired, tired of my knee being sore, want to be a good role model for my son, look hawt for the hubby, feel better, look better, all that jazz :)

Just found out my hubby has ciliac disease. So, we are going gluten free. Still learning about it, but to add to that his good cholesterol is low and his bad cholesterol is high. I am overweight so it sounds like a low fat gluten diet is the way to go. If anyone has any tips I am welcome to them.

Started off buying a bunch of organic chicken breast and veggies so I am going from there.
