I have been MIA for a year and gained all my weight back and then some because of depression and loss of focus on myself and my need for good health. I finally joined a gym and am making a commitment to do water aerobics for 5/6 days a week. The instructor is a fireball and has already showed me that I can do this! I am doing low carb/High healthy fats diet. I would love some like-minded encouragement! Please do not try to change my mind about what I am eating. I am under my doctor's orders and supervision. Thanks! I am looking forward to getting healthy and skinny!
