Feel as if I've ate like a pig today!

I feel as though I must have cheated lol.

I had a sneaky packet of crisps, can of coke & bar of chocolate (extremely naughty!) but I have included these along with everything else I have eaten.

I haven't particularly exercised, but spent 25-30 mins ironing (which from looking at other sites said burns around 50 calories).

The can of coke, crisps & wispa are the most I've had in one day since starting this again, however I have that sense of guilt that I shouldn't have had them (which had disappeared as this had become a fairly regular occurrence).

    Try not to feel guilty about this stuff. One packet of crisps, one can of coke and one bar of chocolate is not going to make you fat. They're not the most nutritionally balanced foods in the world, and of course, eating too many of them will make you gain fat, but it's not the end of the world. Do yourself a favour and try to let go of associating food with guilt and "naughtiness". If you can do that, think how much more relaxed around food you'll be! :flowerforyou:
