Workout DVDs

Hi there!

Does anyone have any suggestions for workout videos/routines that work upperbody and core but don't put too much pressure on legs and ankles (like jumping etc.) I run around 3.5-4 miles a day and I don't want to give that up but all the workout DVDs I can find like (Jillian Michaels 30DS) involve jumping and stuff and I still struggle with weak/sore ankles.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
