Story and pictures of my first sprint triathlon. I am hooked and encourage anyone thinking about doing this to just begin! I also posted this is another section. I hope it does not seem vain to repost, but I know reading blogs helped me get ready for my first race.

    I did one last September while I was a still a bit unfit by my standards. I'm doing it again mid August to benchmark my fitness levels. I do he clitheroe triathlon, the bike is all uphill with a 1 mile 865m climb halfway..evil.
