One cheat day a week?

I am totally with the cheat day idea. I don't plan a cheat day.. I have went the past 3 weeks under my goal, and no cheating. Today, at the spur of the moment, maybe a bad day, or just not feeling it i had a brownie, and then pizza, popcorm etc. so i am taking it as a cheat day. My point is this: If i plan myself a cheat day every week or every month I will definately take it. So I don't plan it. I take it when i get the feeling to and that ends up being quite less that weekly and sometimes even monthy. Honestly, i feel wahtever works for you is the best. Whatever helps you keep the long term goal.0

During my weight loss (70lbs lost--but I recently found 15 of them) I started with no cheating (2-3 mos). Then I added one cheat meal a month. (My fav was chicken cheese steak at a local place.) After that one cheat a month I continued to lose.0
