Hey everyone! I am just starting MFP but I have been working on getting my weight down for a few months now. A few years ago I joined weight watchers and lost 30lbs. As life would have it and my bad habits I gained it all back. So I got back on weight watchers but the new points plus program doesn't seem to be working for me. I can't balance how many points to eat with going to the gym 5-6 times a week. I have tried every combination of eating all my activity and weekly and so on. Well I am going to do a hybrid of both systems, points and calorie counting. I must be doing something right though because I have lost 5 lbs and 11.5 inches. I hope you can see a difference I have been looking at the comparison too long to see any. Here are some pictures...(i don't know why the second one is smaller i resized them the same)
This is me a few months ago I am 6' 1'' and this is me at 203lbs

This is me now at 198 and 11.5 inches smaller, I know the angle is a little different.
