final weigh in - help please

Ok, here is the run down, i am in a weightloss competition. I have done the hard work and lost a good amount of weight. for my final weigh in i want to drop as much as i can, like wrestlers and boxers do. Does anyone have safe suggestions on this, i am worried about dehydration and things like that. Im not doing this last boost as a permanant weightloss

I'm not sure there's any safe ways to do that short term.

Jockeys/boxers/wrestlers (all essentially the same) sweat it out. I know jockeys who put on trash bags like shirts and go running for a few miles. A sweat box will also help you drop weight.

I've been in horse racing all my life and have never known of a safe, easy way for anyone to drop weight like that.
