Just started logging foods yesterday. A friend encouraged me to use this site. So here I am. Using the South Beach Diet as a base plan but can't give up my morning juice like it wants for phase 1. Hoping that keeping track of what I eat will help me get the blubber off. Need to get back into my clothing!! Also, going to try the cauliflower based pizza crust recipe. It sounds great.
