Need help to determine exerice calories

We had a special project at work today and we spent the day unboxing and categorizing laptops and moving buckets of 10 laptops around. Trying to think of how to figure out the calories I burned. As I am at work I didn't have access to an HRM or anything. Definitely got a workout though after 9 hours in a hot warehouse, when it is 90+ degrees outside!
