That you are cold all the time?
I know that losing weight means losing the fat insulation my body had, but seriously. I'm cold even when it's 75 degrees out. Anyone out there have this problem too? Ayone know if it gets better, or if I should just invest in long sleeved shirts year round?

Are you drinking tons of water? If so, rotate it with a hot water or a caffeine free tea (no sugar) I get cold when I pound water all day0
