Last Stretch of weight loss

So this morning I weighed myself and had a shock I was 214lbs. I always said I'd be happy once I hit 195-200lbs. I've lost 108lbs since the beginning of the year but after changing around my workout at the gym to do strength training first, I have no Motivation to even do any cardio work at all afterwards because I'm fully knackered out. I've always done my cardio first before going to strength but couldn't manage as much as I could without cardio training. Should I just change it back for the mean time and get the weight off or just take it nice and easy?
