Need some encouragement...

I have been really watching my calorie intake and have been more active, but I have just lost and then gained back and forth in the 6 lb range. New stretch marks are appearing, in new places too :( . I'm about to just throw in the towel and eat whatever the hell I want because it clearly isn't making any difference.

    Don't throw in the towel! Even though you have been watching your calories intake, what are you eating? My opinion.. not all foods are created equal. What are you doing for exercise?

    I walk, run, bike or swim. I am also a vegetarian, so I mostly eat lean proteins, veggies and fruit.

    I agree don't give in...you will regret it! Keep at it. Sometimes we may have to tweak our program...what we eat, the portion size or the type of exercise but if we give in....the consequences for sure will be disasterous!!!!!!!!
