I've done a little yoga before,no tai chi though. I'm looking for stress relief and would like some dvd's for my home. I would love to hear what you all liked and didn't. Thanx

Tai Chi is very hard to learn from a DVD, most practitioners say it can't be done. That said - I LOVE Tai Cheng, it's a beach body program by Dr. Mark Cheng. It's been incredible for my focus and flexibility. Yoga, I don't like boring people who talk in monotone - so enjoy Tony HOrton.

Do you have yoga experience or are you a beginner? For experienced yogis, IMO, Rodney Yee's Daily Yoga DVD is a must have. It's not that the practices are difficult, but one does need to know how/when to modify as he doesn't give modifications. For a novice, Yoga Zone's Conditioning and Stress Relief or Sara Ivanhoe's Candlelight Yoga might be good choices.
