Hey guys,

So I ate lunch at Cracker Barrel today and figured I could find out their nutrition info online later. They actually don't have that info on their website so in my search to find it I came across this website that may be a good tool for some of you guys when going out to eat!

www.healthydiningfinder.com

It's got many restaurants all over the place and gives you dietician-approved menu items to choose when going out.

I found it pretty neat so I thought I'd share with you guys! :)

    Cool, thanks for that!

nzrocketman, I found out that a lot of what we are told is "good" for us is a sham. If you're stuck with fast food (I am pretty regularly at work) McDonald's is actually one of the better ways to go (from what I've researched in my area). I'll usually get a side salad with light dressing and a grilled chicken sandwich and dump the bread. Portion control!
