Glycemic index

My "pie chart" shows that I should have almost 50% carbs daily and then about 25% each fat & protein. Is there a way to change the target ratio? I'd like it more in line with the glycemic index.

As long as you are not eating all of those carbs by themselves in one sitting, you don't have to worry about the GI. Fat and protein slow down digestion and release of carbs into your bloodstream.0

Thx for the help! I know low carb isn't the way to go long-term. I just want to be sure I'm relatively balanced.0
