When wanting to lose fat and tone muscle is it better to do more reps with a lighter weight or less reps with a heavier weight.

X2 - This is correct.correct - less reps but more weight is for bulking up/building muscles, less weight more reps help tone and tighten
This is a mis-conception, that many people, especially women are afraid of.
Women will not BULK UP or GET BIG muscles by lifting more heavier weights.0
