Hello there. I've always had problems with my weight due to plenty of health issues. I always had an excuse (pain, vertigo, etc.) and since no matter what I did I couldn't lose, I gave up. I recently found out, though, that I'm gluten intolerant and that it can cause weight gain no matter what else you're doing because it puts you in starvation mode. I have to say that I'm pretty hyped about the thought that this gluten-free diet can at least let my effort make a difference.
I'm a 29 year old stay-at-home mom of two kids 3 and under, and would love to have friends that have plenty of weight to shed (50+ pounds is my first goal) but I'm open to all. I'm still pretty stoked about it all after a couple of weeks, but who knows how long that will last and I'll need a kick in the butt?
