I started dieting last week, but did not start MFP until today. Is there anyway to go back and put in my original weight? I did go back and enter all of last weeks food info.
I am 54 and am about 60 lbs overweight, although I do carry it fairly well. I have only tried dieting once before, and lost 30 lbs, unfortunately a year later I had put it all back on. Gonna do better this time. My biggest issue is my belly fat. Never had a problem with that until I hit fifty. Have never been thin, but it was distributed other places I guess.
Anyway hopefully MFP will help. Good luck to all
