Thinking of starting Insanity, on Thursday (if i wait till monday I wont start lol).
Just wondering if they were women out there that used insanity for weight loss more so than muscle gain, and what worked for you in terms of diet. Cant see myself doing most of the recommended recipes.
Would be great if yall shared how much pounds were lost
Thanks sooo much

I just started up round 2, after finishing a few weeks ago. I lost 12 pounds and 19 inches the first time through. As for diet, I eat a lot - I'm 5'7.5", currently 181.8, breastfeeding, Insanity, heavy weights 4 times a week, plus lots of walking. My diary is open if you want to take a peak:)0

Loved it. Fun, lost 10 pounds on month one. I had to quit because it was jackin' up my knees, but when I lose more weight, I will try it again!0

so i haven't really lost any weight on it (2lbs total, but i was averaging 1lb/week before i started anyways). but i did change my diet a lot by eating a lot more (went from 1300 to aiming for around 1600), & i've started incorporating more protein in my diet. also, i've been eating 5-6 meals instead of 3. maybe if you can't follow the nutrition guide, just try to eat less carbs & up the protein & healthy fat?0

loove insanity!! currently in the middle of my third round i sucked my first round...didnt really follow it or eat well, so i didnt lose anything but my second round i stepped it up and lost 20lbs in two months I didnt follow the nutrition plan, i just ate better If you have any questions about insanity, feel free to message me I'm a beachbody coach and can get extra info about the program0

I'm only 10 days into Insanity so I'll have to keep you posted! But I really like it so far. I've heard a lot of people say they didn't follow the nutrition plan, I would just try and eat as healthy as possible... which is what I'm doing0

What's the basis of the nutrition plan? protein? veggies? etc0
