So how do you say no? Not necessary no to a person but no to yourself when a your body wants is that one bite? One bite becomes two and before you know it you're making a mess! I definitely understand about willpower. When someone breaks open a bag of chips or eats a big fat cheesecake infront of you. Just how to do deal with it? What allows you to keep your goal and not give in? How do you award yourself for not giving in?
