So I just joined today after a friend of mine told me about the site. I've been through so many ups and downs with trying to eat right and exercise I'm just sick of it and want to keep consistent. In the past this has been an easier task when I had others helping me along the journey so I needed some outlet to keep me motivated enough to FINALLY get to my goals. I graduated college roughly a year ago and when I moved for my new job I was at my heaviest (23 at 195lbs, 24% bf.... I'm only 5'10'') and it was most embarrassing. I worked to lose the weight (down to 170'ish lbs) and get to a more comfortable weight and fitness level. I'm hoping with encouragement from members here, I'll be able to keep on track this time.
