Silly, but: Help Me Identify this Meat!

There might be some sort of label on it that determines what grade it is. If it's 1, 2, 3, 4, or utility, then it's pork (which seems to be the popular answer).
Unfortunately Nana unwraps all of the meat from the store, then wraps individual patties/cuts in plastic wrap, and then puts the patties/cuts in a ziplock for us to take home.
And I'm glad this has been entertaining for everyone!
Also, I ended up putting this in a crock pot since it had been thawing in my fridge for a few days and there was four cuts of pork and not two, like I thought. I have no clue what's good with pork and my crock pot skills are limited, so I just threw in some stuff with it:
Chicken Broth
beef boullion cube
corn
green beans
honey
pepper
sesame seed
Worcestershire sauce
All things I like (accept for honey, but I know it's good for me) and hopefully it'll be edible for tonight.0 -
My first thought was Fatty Tuna (Toro)
