Which weight to use.

Depending on when I weigh myself I have seen a difference of 3 lbs in a day. First thing in the morning I am usually smallest and of course after eating I weigh the heaviest. So which weight do I use to track my progress?

    after waking up and using the bathroom, before eating/drinking anything.

    Your first weight in the morning is the one you go by. After that I make the scale strictly OFF LIMITS. I find I do much better if I only weigh once-or MAYBE--twice a month. Any more than that and I get crazy about the numbers and forget about how much better I am feeling.

    it doesn't really matter when, what matters is that you are consistant about it. Don't weigh in the morning one day and in the evening the next week. Most people weigh in the morning cuz that's when they are smallest, but in truth, it doesn't really matter when you do it. You're looking for long term total loss, not weight in general.
