Could use some friends

Hi!! I am not vegan/vegetarian. I binge eat REAL crappy food but am honest about logging it (even if I just use the quick cal add tool) I'm not the healthiest eater, but compared to two years ago, I have really improved. I plan to stay on MFP probably for life to keep myself in control. I keep my friends list low so that I can visit each one often, whether to say nice job or "come back, we miss you". Right now, my list is rather inactive/not so motivating. A few of my friends have issues that take precedence so I just try to quietly support and understand. I also deleted some people that I had no interaction with. Sorry, if I encourage you frequently, but you NEVER return the favor, then how are you helping? I am a needy person and love getting that good job message or nice work out. Lately I have become despondent about logging. Why bother when no one's looking? I know I'm supposed to do this for me, but I love the interaction I have with people. I don't mind if you point out that my sugar/salt/carbs have been running high for a while and had I noticed, but if I binge or eat badly, I would prefer if my friends ask "bad day?" or say "you stumbled today, but you'll do better tomorrow, right?" Not to be offensive, but I know when I've put a lot of bad food in my mouth and don't need a lesson in nutrition. I have treats often, go over my limit frequently, sometimes not a bad thing and am not fanatical about exercise, but definitely hooked on the endorphins. If I sound like I would be compatible to your needs and goals, send me a request and I'll do my best to be a supportive friend. :flowerforyou:
