Fun with the Calorie Counter

I was thinking about fad diets and using the calorie counter decided to make my own one up.

I call it the rum and cheese diet.

A 20 ounce bottle of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum and a cheese salad sandwich daily.

Apparently I will lose 6lbs in 5 weeks!

I could possibly lose 5 weeks as well but it would be one hell of a ride!

Anybody else got any good fad diets?

    I did a honey bun and coke diet once because I was so busy I could never go out to get lunch, so I'd eat from the vending machine.I sipped on the 20 oz coke and nibbled the honey bun all day. I figured the fat and carbs would sustain me all day. Then I ate dinner when I got home.

    Sadly, I lost weight on that idiot plan. Who knows what my blood work would have looked like though!

    Try the "Air diet" for a year. Spare the world of your presence.

    4 chickpeas and a 5hr Energy per day will net me a 21lb weight loss in 5 weeks.
