Womens Gridiron Melbourne

Hey to all the Ladies in Melbourne,

I've joined up with the Western Foxes Womens Gridiron Team (www.facebook.com/WesternFoxes)
Just wanted to share it with you as I find it a great way to exercise and burn those cals without thinking about it.
Im averaging around the 400-450kcals per session - according to my polar HRM, twice a week training and im loving it.
If anyone is thinking of trying it out I highly reccommend it - no experience or knowledge required.

What sports do you do to shead those cals?
