I've started running, and wanted to start lifting, too, but I am really weak. 15 pounds is really challenging for me to lift (with one arm, like that makes any difference, ha). Would 5x5 be good for me? Any tips? Success stories, pictures? Any women out there who were weak like me, but now strong and beautiful who'd like to motivate me?
