Hi, I'm a 37 y.o personal trainer and fitness instructor from Norway! I've just started using Myfitnesspal to track my own diet and training, but also to see if this is something I can recommend my clients. So far, so good! Looking for more fitness enthusiast friends, so don't be shy!
I train 5-6 days a week, cardio and strength, toss in some yoga from time to time, and love being outdoors with my dog!
