Supplements: DIM Complex and Omega 3's

Hi all,
I'm after some advice about food supplements. My diet has a long way to go before it's a shining example - however it's not all crap. My trainer has suggested I buy some DIM complex because I am struggling to find veggies I like (fruit intake, fine btw) and Omega 3's because I rarely eat oily fish (sometimes Tuna, but I have to fancy it).
My diet summary might be described as meat,dairy,fruit,water,tea. Some bread and oats (I love porridge and oat cakes) and I drink tons of mineral water. Love it, couldn't manage without it
Are there any -strong- opinions for or against these? I take a multi-vitamin supplement most days. Any other suggestions?
