Coconut milk v Carnation Coconut flavoured milk
I've until recently used Carnation light and creamy coconut flavoured evaporated milk in lieu of coconut milk in the mistaken belief that is was "more diet friendly" but have now discovered Pandaroo Lite Coconut milk which beats the Carnation product on all counts ( except the fat content) details as follows,
Per 100 ml serve
Energy. Pandaroo 210kj. Carnation 415kj
Protein. <1.00g. 8.0g
Fat. 5.00g. 1.6g
Sugar. <1.00g. 12.6g
Sodium. 42.9mg. 101mg
