Hi, I started using MFP a few days ago and have got off to a good start.

I've tried to lose weight so many times, but I've never managed it.

If anyone is interested, I have a blog for airing various ramblings www.dietstartsmonday.co.uk

Good luck everyone!!

first-go to the tools tab and select tickers and customize it to how you want it to look.

then, go the message boards settings area and click the box next to " Show your MyFitnessPal ticker below each of your forum posts"

Hey there ,same here.i only need to lose 30 lbs and ive started diets a few times and get discouraged.this time im using mfp .hopefully logging my food in and talking to people will help me stick to it.so far i really think mfp is helping ive learned about my eating ,now before i put something in my stomach i think about how many calories, carbs and sugars it may have so it makes me eat smarter
