apple cider vinegar capsules

This apple cider that I have has contents of: Apple cider vinegar blend 405mg, garcinia cambogia extract 30mg, Greeen tea 10mg, Gotu Kola 10mg.
They say drink 6 capsules a day to help with weightloss.
I excercise 2 hours a day. his week is just swimming 120 hours. :) I wonder if I was to drink 6 apple cider capsules how much would I lose in 2 months?? When do you know your motabilism is better than before. lifestyle nutrition.

    Apple cider vinegar does not help fat loss. The rule of thumb with most supplements; if it is legally sold as a fat loss supplement? It likely doesn't do much more than give you a boost of energy (caffeine, yohimbine, b12, take your pick) and make you piss.

    Also, your metabolism does not really change. It is what it is and it encompasses every process in your body.

    Eat at a caloric deficit, exercise, drink coffee or black tea beforehand for a bit of an energy boost. Otherwise don't bother with wasting your money. If you are exercising 2 hours a day you are already on the right track.

    Another edit: So I went TO THE GOOGLES, and did a few minutes of research on your supplement. Aside from the green tea, most of the ingredients in whatever you are taking amounts it to being a stool softener, diuretic, and possibly a direct cause of Acidosis if you decide to take more than the recommended dosage there.
