OH yes I did!!!! 1.5 cups of breyers french vanilla!!! Not one speck of guilt. Why? Because I figured out how many calories it was...ran off that much on the treadmill...then ate the ice cream guilt free. 35 minutes for a bowl of ice cream? Hell yes it was worth it.

A few months ago, I was about 185lbs. I have a friend who lost a lot of weight who suggested that I eat more calories (1500/day) and dont worry about eating them back after exercise.
Long story short, I always stayed at or under 1500/day but for weeks I was eating nothing but Burger King, Taco Bell, McDonalds, etc. for dinner. I was burning 500-700+ calories during my evening elliptical workouts. Despite the fast food, I still managed to lose weight and get down to 172lbs.
I'm a firm believer that strictly counting calories is the key to weight loss.
Btw, thanks a lot bc I totally want some ice cream now. Lololol0 -
I have been pretty strict with the sugars/carbs but I factor in a spoonful of ice cream when my kid has her dessert. Hey, it ain't gonna kill ya and my latest Vanilla/Cherry find rocks0

I have about a dozen different flavours of ice cream in my freezer atm. Mostly ben and jerry's but I have a wide variety of brands. I eat 2 servings of ice cream every night right before bed. I don't even track calories from exercise to make up for it. I think if your exercise is regular it should be considered a part of your maintenance caloric requirement. Otherwise you give yourself a excuse to skip workouts, eat junk, while at the same time feeling guilty and not enjoying either. I'm a 9.5/10 btw0
