Newbie!!

Hi I am new to this site, have been tracking since Monday and loving it! I have been diagnosed with Diabetes and have PCOS. So need to lose weight! have about 50lbs to lose so have a long old trek ahead of me but I am so focused! have also given up cigarettes! does anyone have any tips to take my mind off both smoking and eating during the evenings? Have started running so do this every day for half an hour (much harder than I thought it would be!) any advice would be great
