Hey everyone!
I've been seeing a nutritionist consistently now for the past month and the first week lost a lb and then saw her 2 and a half to 3 weeks later and gained 3 lbs but I was down an inch on my hips,thighs,chest,shoulders
She seemed so baffled by this and basically told me to track everything for the next week and then show her. She told me for a 24 year old female I have a super slow metablosim
Since logging on here I haven't been eating my exercise calories I was told not to because it creates a deficit for weight loss.
My exercise:
I usually work out at least 3 times but I usually get in 4
I do 30 min of cardio each session and then weight train. I usually lift heavy
My weigh training is usually done in a weight train class at my gym and diff days focus on diff muscle groups.
I was told to eat 1200 calories
5-6 serving carbs
2 servings fruit
3+ servings veggies
2 servings dairy
5oz protein
25 g fiber
No more then 30 g fat
I really hope you can help me, as u can c I am almost at my give up point but I want to get through this and reach my goal more then anything

Definitely need more cal's if you're working out 4 days a week...and you should lower your carb intake and raise your protein. I left a message on your page0
