Pilates + Cardio Dance

It seems when I am busy and stressed I have NO time for myself. Yesterday I was able to do 2 classes at the local rec center. one was pilates strength and the class afterwards was Cardio "jam" which is just a huge hip hop class. It felt good to calm down with pilates and equally as good to dance dance dance for 60 min after a hour of pilates. It may only be the 3rd day but I know that I can do this.

Anyone else have suggestions on how to destress and to get workouts in when I am too busy to get to class? I have 2 little kids 3 and 6 months so DVD's after they go to bed are not an option.
