    Jump roping will wear you down....great cardio exercise...wear your HRM while doing it and see

    I absolutely love the workout I get from jumping rope! I work up a sweat in no time and I like challenging myself to how many times I can jump without messing up and smacking myself in the legs with the rope :laugh:
