Binge-Trying to even it out for the rest of the week.

Options
So I hate close to an extra 600 calories last night (not sure why, I wasn't even hungry and didn't originally track it until this morning!). In order for me to keep within my deficit throughout the rest of the week I will need to eat 1,086 calories a day.

Will it be safe for me to do this or should I just cut it back to 1200?
