Hi there! I would like to do a proper cut phase, so I need a proper plan. Hopefully you can help by providing some sort of plan. :flowerforyou:

Eat less than your body requires.

    That's seriously it.

When I'm cutting weight my routine looks the same as if I'm trying to put on weight. I may add in an extra conditioning session here and there, but things stay the same. You just eat less.

Sounds simple, I thought there was a little more to it.

This guy said it all. There is nothing left to expand on.

When i am bulking i eat 200-400 calories over maintenance
When I am cutting i eat 200-300 calories under maintenance

Weights routine stays the same, maybe do a bit more cardio as already mentioned

Calorie deficit. Keep lifting and get in your right macro/micro nutrients.

    That's it.

Moderate calorie deficit. 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass (protein might be MORE important while cutting than while bulking). Continue weight lifting but maybe cut volume.
