So I signed up for myfitnesspal.com while entering my last term of dental hygiene. Silly idea. I am now actually going to start logging my progress, food, exercise, downfalls, etc.

I am engaged (as of Feb/09) and getting married Oct. 23/10. I am 5 feet tall.... no more no less.

My starting weight was 126, I am currently at 120 (thanks to 10-Day Lean Jean Plan; see my blog) and my goal is 105. I am hoping to reach my goal by New Years so I can focus on strength training and toning for the 10 months leading up to my wedding.

My fiance is trying to lose more weight than me (almost 70lbs to be exact). I recently moved home from college and we are working together at making our goals!

Hopefully we will get to our goal, and myfitnesspal.com will help!

Thanks for your support everyone!

Hi! I'm a fellow hygienist. I graduated 2 years ago...it's all kind of a blur when I look back on it. Def didn't have time to do ANYTHING but dental hygiene. It's great that you and your fiance have eachother for support, it will help out alot. Good luck with making your goals!
