Hello all - I am trying this site to see if it will help me lose some much hated extra weight. I sit 8 hours straight at a computer for my job, sometimes more. I am a full time student doing on line classes and this makes it difficult to get out and excercise. I am not really into diets and any quick weight loss products as I want to have a long term solution. I have only been on this for 3 days and already I am noticing that it may be what I was looking for. It appears all the foods I have been eating have been close to the data that I am allowed and with some minor modifications I can incorporate these changes into my everyday lifestyle. I just have to make a concious effort to exercise regularly and I should do well. My biggest problem was portion control.

I am also new here. I've been on here for around 3 days now and I've already noticed that it has helped motivate me in the best ways possible. I also have a really hard time with portion control... So far within these last few days I have felt better than ever! I recently quit smoking and stopped drinking soda. Now onto the weight loss. If I can keep this up for a few weeks I wont have any issues continuing, It's just getting that little push I need at first. Talking to people with the same struggles is always nice, a great way to get motivated!! Feel free to add me as a Friend!
