I have been using my fitness pal for only 5 days and i love it, aznd this is my first time posting. ill tell you a little about me and if you like msg to be my friend and we can talk about things we have in commen.

i love to read anything but ill on,ly read the ronmance if i have nothing else to read

fav authors jodi picoult,karen kingsbury, kristen hanna, john saul,dean koontz, belva plain, any suggestions for books or authors i will love to have!

im 34 yrs ol no kids married going on 7 yrs now, im starting college at youngstown state university in the fall and its a huge campus with lots of stairs! :frown: so im going to get into shape so im not constanlty out of breath :laugh:

both my parents passed away this past winter and i put on alot of weight and wsent ionto severe depression, who wouldnt right?, exercise and eating healthy with szomne meds my wonderful dr gave me is a good way to start getting out of depression.
