Tired from change of diet???

I just started MFP a week ago. I completely changed my diet--cut out all of my soda intake.. watched what I eat, etc. Haven't changed too much (still snacking once in a while), but I am more aware of what I am bringing in... the question is, I am completely more tired this week now that I have started my diet then I normally am... I am getting home completely exhausted and don't have the motivation to work out because I am just tired.. what am I doing wrong with my diet? What nutrients/vitamins do you think I am lacking? Could it be the sudden loss of soda that my body is reacting to? Does anyone have any good foods that wake them up?
