what do you guys think of it?
I need to loose my mommy weight, and id like some feedback of this workout.
if not this, any other recommendations?
i prefer to work out at home.

    Started this today;.
    Enjoyed the workout and she kicked my butt.
    Am going to try to do it in the morning and still cycle a couple of times a week.
    I burned 220 calories on level 1 which is I do it every day should go some way to helping :O)

    Honestly it kicked my *kitten*! I have been walking on the tredmill since March upping the incline and I stick with that. Slow and steady is my pace. Something I know I can stick with. My husband hooked up a computer screen in front of th so when I want to watch tv, I do it while I work out. If I have a show that I want to watch, I get to, but I have to work out too! I bet if you could stick with it JM, she would kick your butt into shape! Too much for me. I threw in the towel! But thats me. You can find it online for pretty cheap! Good luck!
