Happy anniversary to me! I can’t believe how fast this last year has gone by.
To avoid reposting the same stuff, more about my progress and success can be found here:

I have been able to maintain a loss of about 58 pounds and have now reduced my waist (belly) by about 13 inches. As measured by my scale at home, my body fat percentage is consistently in the low 14% to upper 13% range. A hand held body fat measuring device reads me at about 11.5%.
Success:
I feel the biggest determinant of success I’ve had with losing the weight the first 6 months and keeping it off for the last 6 months is to log everything I eat, EVERYDAY! Who cares if I have a bad day or bad weekend or even a bad week! As long as I know where I’m at and can see what I’m doing each day, and then make necessary corrections, it will work out. If you don’t log, you don’t know! Along with this, you have to be committed every day!
An Open Book:
My diary is open for all to view because I really don’t care about judgments others may place on what I consume. I do not eat clean, nor do I plan to. I eat pretty much what and how I want. As one may see by glancing at my diary I am a bit of a cookie fiend (most of the time it’s a vegan cowboy cookies). I want people to see that you don’t have to follow “diets” or other weight loss or food restricting gimmicks to lose weight.
What Is “Mod the Bod”?:
If you read the short novel in the link provided above, that should pretty much answer this question. If not, it is a very basic approach I took to losing weight as quickly as could by staying in my caloric limits and adding exercise back to my life. AND – being committed every day!
What’s Next:
Although I am pretty comfortable with where I am at physically, I have decided to challenge myself to do better than that. I have looked at a lot of different things I could do to maintain my current physic or try to alter it a little further. Of all the that I have looked at, reviewed and researched, I have decided that what will best fit into my life is “You Are Your Own Gym” (YAYOG) workouts. I will be utilizing only the YAYOG exercises for at least the next 10 weeks and then re-evaluate where I am at that time compared to today. Check out my blog where I will be providing updates and progress and pics: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/EPICSRT
Credit Where Credit Is Due:
If I had not found MyFitnessPal I do not think I would have been as successful, or as quick, with losing almost 60 pounds. The convenience of using the app to log everything I eat is an absolute must have if you are trying to lose weight! Thank you for making the MyFitnessPal app the easiest and most comprehensive to use.

You are welcome! Sorry I don't really interact a lot, but I am generally a quiet person.0
