Hi,
Although I've been using myfitnesspal for a couple of years and have always recommended it to friends, I hadn't posted on these boards before. I guess I never felt the need up until recently. . . I enjoy lifting weights, but now I'm toying with making a commitment to bodybuilding. Over the last couple of weeks I've been counting my macros and looking for inspiration in the cooking department. Looking forward to reading through user recipes, etc, and see how people create their own custom foods....
Other things I enjoy are kickboxing, movies, socialising, and my Xbox...
