We've had threads about things that annoy us in the gym, so I'm asking: What things in your gym do you love?

For me, it's the fact a nice gentleman helped me un-rack one of the squat racks today. I'm 5'2 and the bar was way up, so I was struggling. 45lb plates are hard to remove when they're close to your head height above the ground

I also love the layout, and the fact that the PT's don't constantly hassle you trying to get you to book sessions with them.

The PT's who take the group classes are all lovely too.

    1. The fact that I walk around with my gym bag despite the sign saying, "no gym bags".
    2. The full power rack we have is pretty decent.
    3. Damn near empty at 4am.

    1. Small gym with a good sized free weight section
    2. Cardio room shoved in the back (opposite of most places)
    3. Same 2-3 guys come in at the same time every day and we're the only ones there
    4. Trainers are nice and pretty much leave you alone if you're not training with them
